On 24th January, 2009, City Bank arranged a retail banking conference themed as “Service Excellence: Helping Customers Grow” in Spectra Convention Center. The change in the bank’s business model and retail loan, deposit and card products was highlighted on that conference. The conferences inaugurated by K. Mahmood Sattar, Managing Director and CEO of the bank and Mashrur Arefin, Head of Retail Banking conducted the sessions. Among others, Sohail R. K.
